In 2002, with sound technical knowledge in industrial control systems and sensors, a team of engineers started providing technical consultation & prototyping service for various automotive companies like Bosch,GM, Mahindra & Mahindra etc. When road speed limiter became mandatory in some of the states in India, they started designing speed limiter and successfully developed India’s first Stepper motor based, vehicle speed limiter in 2004. Through many years, the team has developed different types of speed limiters for various national & International clients....
Thinture designs and manufactures vehicle control systems. Road speed limitation is the primary area of focus. GPS based tracking and control systems are the latest addition into the product line. Thinture runs a 24 x 7 GPS tracking platform which interacts with GPS trackers working in various countries...

Thinture has a very experienced team of R&D engineers in the field of Electronics, Electrical, Automobile, Mechanical and Software. They design a product from concept to reality. From circuit designing to PCB drawings, from algorithms to HEX codes, from hand drawings to CAD designs, from concepts to Mobile applications, our team is ever ready to take on any challenges.
We have in-house production facility for SMD assembly, with high speed German pick and place machine. Manual assembly line for through hole components and mechanical assembly line for final assembly. Our production team is lead by highly efficient and experienced Managers.
With our highly automatized production lines, any bulk orders can be executed without any delay.
Thinture is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. Whenever a new product is designed, we always follow the toughest international standard related to that product. This helps us in completing the necessary lab tests and other statutory approvals without delay.
Our products are approved from various international agencies like ICAT, ESMA, KEBS, SON, INTERTEK etc.
We have in-house server system which handles most of our online data traffic. The system is equipped with hardware firewall, high capacity On-line UPS system and backup generator. The system is connected to internet 24X7 through 2 high speed internet lease lines from different providers.
Apart from in-house servers, we have leased servers in IBM data centre for back-ups and also for high security data applications.
